Scope of Services
The Company provides access to business-related services, which may include free digital strategy outputs, digital products, memberships, consulting services, done-for-you setup services, ongoing services, support services, campaign reviews, AI automation guidance, implementation guidance, scaling guidance, and related materials or resources offered through LeadFire AI and LeadFireAI.com.

Nothing in these Terms requires the Company to continue offering any specific feature, product, trial, guarantee, credit, review, support option, Done-For-You option, subscription, payment option, promotional offer, or service for any specific duration except as expressly agreed in a separate written agreement.
The Paid Plan may include digital materials, campaign build checklists, strategy guidance, support options, AI automation guidance, pre-launch reviews, scaling guidance, Done-For-You options, and guarantee eligibility, depending on the Member's purchase status, cancellation status, payment status, Active Member status, and compliance with these Terms.
The Company may change the Free Plan, Paid Plan, trial offer, payment options, pricing, guarantee terms for future purchasers, Done-For-You options, review process, support process, or other Services at any time, unless otherwise prohibited by applicable law or a separate written agreement.
Accounts, Members Area & User Responsibilities
The User is responsible for providing accurate, current, and complete information when interacting with the Company or using the Website or Services.
The User must not misrepresent business information, results, identity, authority, eligibility, implementation status, campaign status, lead results, tracking data, payment status, cancellation status, or guarantee eligibility.
If the Company provides account access, members area access, login credentials, or service access information, the User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of that information and for all activity occurring under their access credentials.
The User is responsible for ensuring that any information, materials, campaign data, business information, offer information, or instructions submitted to the Company are lawful, accurate, complete, and not misleading.
The Company may suspend, restrict, or terminate account access, members area access, Services, support, Active Member Benefits, reviews, credits, or guarantee eligibility if the User fails to make required payments, violates these Terms, misuses the Services, abuses Company personnel or resources, initiates a payment dispute, or otherwise acts in bad faith.
The Company may update, change, replace, or discontinue the members area or account access system from time to time.
Free Plan
The Company may offer a Free Plan for zero dollars ($0).
Unless otherwise stated by the Company, the Free Plan does not require a credit card.
The Free Plan may include AI-powered digital marketing strategy guidance based on information submitted by the Free Plan User.
The Free Plan may help the Free Plan User identify potential highest-paying clients, messaging angles, buyer pains, buyer fears, buyer challenges, reasons for taking action, marketing strategy options, and next steps.
The Free Plan is provided for informational and commercial strategy purposes only. It does not guarantee leads, revenue, sales, conversion rates, search rankings, ad results, appointments, client acquisition, or any other specific business outcome.
The Free Plan does not include Active Member Benefits.
The Free Plan does not include The 200% Risk-Free Guarantee Stack, pre-launch reviews, priority support, Done-For-You Credit eligibility, Strategy 4 eligibility, campaign diagnosis, or future Paid Plan updates unless expressly stated in writing by the Company.
The Company may change, limit, suspend, discontinue, or stop offering the Free Plan at any time. The Company may also change the content, format, delivery, access window, eligibility, or availability of the Free Plan at any time.
Payments, Billing, Trials, Payment Plans & Subscriptions
The Company may offer one-time purchases, payment plans, subscription-based Services, free trials, paid trials, and promotional offers.
For one-time purchases, payment is due as stated at the time of purchase or as otherwise agreed in writing.
For payment plans, the User agrees to pay each scheduled payment as disclosed at checkout or otherwise agreed in writing. Unless otherwise stated, payment plan payments are due according to the schedule presented at the time of purchase.
If the User selects a payment plan and does not cancel during any applicable trial period, the User agrees to complete all scheduled payments. A payment plan is not a month-to-month subscription unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.
For subscription Services, billing occurs monthly unless otherwise stated. Subscription Services automatically renew every thirty (30) days before the next service cycle unless canceled in accordance with these Terms or the applicable service agreement.
To cancel a subscription-based Service, the User must provide at least thirty (30) days' written notice before the next billing cycle unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement or checkout term.
The User agrees to pay all applicable charges associated with the selected Services.
Failure to make required payments may affect access to Services, support, reviews, guarantees, credits, future updates, Done-For-You options, members area access, and other active benefits.
If the User initiates a chargeback, payment dispute, payment reversal, or similar payment challenge, the Company may suspend access to Services, support, guarantees, credits, reviews, members area access, and active benefits while the dispute is pending.
Chargebacks or payment disputes made in bad faith may constitute a violation of these Terms and may terminate Active Member status and guarantee eligibility.
By starting a trial, selecting a payment option, submitting payment information, or purchasing a Service, the User authorizes the Company or its payment processor to charge the selected payment method according to the terms presented at checkout or otherwise agreed in writing.
The Company may require the User to check a box, click a button, submit a form, complete checkout, or otherwise provide express consent before starting a trial, submitting payment information, or purchasing a Service.
Paid Plan 7-Day Trial
The Company may offer the Paid Plan for zero dollars ($0) at the start of a seven (7) day trial period.
The Paid Plan trial is designed to allow the Trial User to see what is inside, review the Paid Plan, use the Paid Plan, and decide whether to keep it.
Unless otherwise stated at checkout, the Paid Plan trial gives the Trial User access to the Paid Plan for seven (7) days.
If the Trial User does not cancel within the seven (7) day trial period, the Trial User authorizes the Company or its payment processor to bill the Trial User according to the payment option selected at trial registration or checkout.
Unless otherwise stated at checkout, the Paid Plan billing options are:
- One payment of $595; or
- Three (3) monthly payments of $239.
If the Trial User selects the three-payment option and does not cancel within the seven (7) day trial period, the Trial User agrees to complete all three (3) scheduled payments. The three-payment option is a payment plan for the Paid Plan purchase price and is not a month-to-month subscription unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.
Trial Cancellation
To cancel during the seven (7) day Paid Plan trial period, the Trial User must cancel inside the members area before the trial period ends.
Sending an email is not required for trial cancellation.
Sending an email alone is not the required cancellation method unless the Company expressly instructs the Trial User to use email because the members area cancellation function is unavailable, because another cancellation method is required by applicable law, or because the Company provides written approval for an alternate cancellation method.
If the Company provides an online cancellation option in the members area, the Trial User must use that method to cancel during the trial period.
If the members area cancellation function is unavailable because of a technical issue, the Company may provide an alternate cancellation method. If applicable law requires a different or additional cancellation method, notice, or process, the Company will comply with such applicable law.
If the Trial User properly cancels within the seven (7) day trial period:
- The Trial User will not be billed for the Paid Plan.
- The Trial User may keep the Core Paid Plan Materials made available during the trial.
- The Trial User does not become an Active Member.
- The Trial User loses access to all Active Member Benefits.
Active Member Benefits include, but are not limited to:

- Future templates, prompts, checklists, strategy updates, or automation workflows;

Cancellation during the trial ends eligibility for Active Member Benefits, support, reviews, guarantees, credits, Strategy 4 eligibility, and future updates unless the Company expressly agrees otherwise in writing.
Paid Plan Membership & Active Member Benefits
A Trial User becomes a Member if the Trial User does not cancel during the seven (7) day trial period and is billed according to the selected payment option.
A Member becomes an Active Member only if the Member is current on all required payments, has not canceled, has not initiated an unresolved chargeback or payment dispute, has not violated these Terms, and remains in good standing.

Active Member Benefits are not transferable and apply only to the Member and the Business submitted during trial registration, purchase, checkout, onboarding, or use of the Services, unless the Company expressly agrees otherwise in writing.
Pre-Launch Reviews
The Paid Plan may include professional pre-launch review benefits for Active Members.
A pre-launch review is a professional review of submitted campaign materials before launch. It is not a guarantee of approval by any third-party platform and is not a guarantee of leads, sales, revenue, profit, rankings, conversion rates, ad performance, or any specific business outcome.
The Active Member must submit campaign materials in the format, location, and process reasonably required by the Company.
The Company may identify required fixes, recommendations, or changes before the Active Member launches a campaign.
If required fixes are issued, the Active Member must apply the required fixes before launching in order to preserve Launch Guarantee eligibility.
If the Company offered a founder review benefit at the time of purchase or trial registration, that founder review benefit applies only according to the offer terms available at that time. The Company may change who performs reviews for future purchasers, future Members, or future Active Members.
Future reviews may be performed by the Company founder, internal team members, junior advisors, contractors, or other personnel selected by the Company.
Google Ads Credits & Third-Party Promotional Credits
The Paid Plan may reference potential third-party advertising credits, including Google Ads credits or other platform promotional credits.
Any such credits are controlled by the applicable third-party platform.
The Company does not guarantee that any User, Trial User, Member, or Active Member will qualify for, receive, retain, or be able to use any third-party advertising credit.
Advertising credits may be changed, denied, revoked, expired, restricted, suspended, or conditioned by the applicable third-party platform.
Advertising credits are not cash, are not refundable, are not transferable, are not part of the Paid Plan purchase price, and are not included in any refund or 200% refund calculation.
Use of advertising credits may be subject to separate third-party rules, eligibility requirements, platform terms, spending requirements, account requirements, and expiration dates.
Refunds, Cancellations & The 200% Risk-Free Guarantee Stack
Refunds, cancellations, guarantees, credits, and remedies are governed solely by these Terms.
Except as expressly stated in these Terms, all payments are nonrefundable.
The Company's guarantee obligations apply only to Active Members who satisfy all eligibility requirements.
To be eligible for any guarantee in The 200% Risk-Free Guarantee Stack, the Active Member must:
- Keep the Paid Plan after the seven (7) day trial;
- Pay all required Paid Plan fees when due;
- Remain an Active Member in good standing;
- Not cancel the Paid Plan;
- Not initiate an unresolved chargeback, payment dispute, payment reversal, or similar payment challenge;
- Not violate these Terms;
- Complete all required implementation steps for the applicable guarantee;
- Provide accurate, complete, and non-misleading information;
- Act in good faith;
- Submit any required proof, documentation, campaign materials, lead records, ad account records, tracking records, analytics, screenshots, implementation records, freelancer communications, or other materials reasonably requested by the Company;
- Follow the applicable review, clarification, diagnosis, or improvement process in good faith.
Any guarantee claim must be submitted in writing within the required claim submission window.
For the Do-It-Yourself Guarantee and Delegate Guarantee, the Active Member must submit the guarantee claim within thirty (30) days after the Company is unable to reasonably clarify the applicable next step or freelancer handoff after the Active Member follows the clarification process in good faith.
For the Launch Guarantee, the Active Member must submit the guarantee claim within thirty (30) days after the applicable ninety (90) day Launch Guarantee period ends.
Claims submitted after the applicable claim submission window are not eligible.
The 200% refund remedy applies only to the Paid Plan purchase amount actually paid to the Company. It does not apply to ad spend, freelancer fees, third-party software, third-party services, taxes, processing fees, Done-For-You fees, subscription fees, hosting fees, domain fees, plugin fees, email platform fees, analytics fees, opportunity costs, lost profits, lost revenue, consequential damages, or any other outside costs.
If the Member purchases the Paid Plan using a payment plan, any 200% refund is calculated based only on the Paid Plan amount actually paid to the Company by the Member at the time the valid guarantee claim is approved, unless otherwise required by law or expressly agreed in writing by the Company.
Unpaid future installments are not included in any 200% refund calculation.
If a valid 200% refund is approved for a Member on a payment plan, the Company may cancel remaining unpaid Paid Plan installments unless otherwise required by law or otherwise agreed in writing.
The Member may receive no more than one (1) 200% refund remedy per Paid Plan purchase, per Member, per Business, and per offer.
Guarantee remedies cannot be stacked, combined, transferred, multiplied, or claimed multiple times for the same Paid Plan purchase.
A Member may not use multiple accounts, multiple email addresses, multiple business names, related entities, aliases, or other methods to obtain multiple guarantee remedies for the same person, Business, offer, campaign, or substantially similar business.
The 200% refund remedy is the sole and exclusive remedy for any valid claim under The 200% Risk-Free Guarantee Stack.
The Company may request reasonable documentation before approving any guarantee claim, including but not limited to campaign links, screenshots, analytics, ad account records, CRM records, form submissions, freelancer communications, implementation records, campaign materials, review submissions, payment records, proof that required fixes were applied, and proof that required systems were live and maintained.
Guarantee #1: Do-It-Yourself Guarantee
The Do-It-Yourself Guarantee is designed for Active Members who want to build the lead system themselves or decide what work should be delegated.
The Paid Plan is designed to give Active Members campaign build checklists, setup guidance, and next steps.
If the Active Member goes through the Paid Plan and still does not know the next Do-It-Yourself step or what should be delegated, the Active Member may submit a specific clarification request to the Company.
To qualify for the Do-It-Yourself Guarantee, the Active Member must:
- Be an Active Member in good standing;
- Review the relevant Paid Plan materials;
- Identify the specific checklist, section, strategy, or step that is unclear;
- Submit a clear written question to the Company;
- Provide any additional information reasonably requested by the Company;
- Follow the clarification process in good faith.
The Company will help clarify the next step.
The Company will use commercially reasonable efforts to respond to clarification requests within three (3) business days on average and no later than five (5) business days, unless delayed by an act of God, platform outage, emergency, force majeure event, illness, security incident, internet outage, payment processor outage, or another unavoidable situation outside the Company's reasonable control.
If the Company cannot reasonably clarify the next step after the Active Member provides the requested information and follows the clarification process in good faith, the Company will refund double the Paid Plan purchase amount actually paid to the Company, subject to the limits in these Terms.
Guarantee #2: Delegate Guarantee
The Delegate Guarantee is designed for Active Members who delegate implementation to a freelancer, contractor, employee, vendor, or other third-party helper.
The Paid Plan may include AI-backed job briefs, checklists, instructions, and guidance to make delegation easier.
If the Active Member's freelancer says the Paid Plan does not provide enough direction to start the build, the Active Member may send the freelancer's specific question to the Company.
To qualify for the Delegate Guarantee, the Active Member must:
- Be an Active Member in good standing;
- Use the relevant Paid Plan materials, job briefs, checklists, or instructions;
- Submit the freelancer's specific written question to the Company;
- Identify the specific strategy, checklist, job brief, or implementation step involved;
- Provide any additional information reasonably requested by the Company;
- Follow the clarification process in good faith.
The Company will help clarify the instructions so the work can move forward.
The Company will use commercially reasonable efforts to respond to freelancer handoff clarification requests within three (3) business days on average and no later than five (5) business days, unless delayed by an act of God, platform outage, emergency, force majeure event, illness, security incident, internet outage, payment processor outage, or another unavoidable situation outside the Company's reasonable control.
If the Company cannot reasonably clarify the freelancer handoff after the Active Member and freelancer provide the requested information and follow the clarification process in good faith, the Company will refund double the Paid Plan purchase amount actually paid to the Company, subject to the limits in these Terms.
The Company is not responsible for freelancer performance, freelancer quality, freelancer pricing, freelancer delays, freelancer refusal to perform, freelancer misunderstanding after reasonable clarification, or any third-party contractor's actions or omissions.
Guarantee #3: Launch Guarantee
The Launch Guarantee is designed for Active Members who have an established consulting offer, follow the Paid Plan, complete the required implementation steps, submit each lead system for pre-launch review, apply required fixes, launch the complete AI-powered lead system, and give the system a real chance to work.
For this guarantee, the complete AI-powered lead system means all three (3) inbound lead sources are live and running at the same time:
- SEO;
- LinkedIn;
- Google Ads.
The Launch Guarantee is available only to Active Members who already have an established consulting offer with proof of concept.
"Established consulting offer with proof of concept" means the Active Member's offer has already created results or value for real clients or has evidence of real market demand reasonably acceptable to the Company. This may include prior paying clients, client results, case studies, testimonials, documented delivery history, proof that the consulting service solves a real business problem, or other evidence reasonably accepted by the Company.
Brand-new, untested, speculative, unclear, or materially unproven offers are not eligible for the Launch Guarantee unless the Company expressly agrees otherwise in writing.
Offers that materially change after review are not eligible for the Launch Guarantee unless the Company approves the change in writing.
Each lead source must be submitted for pre-launch review before it goes live.
Any required fixes or recommendations from the pre-launch review must be applied before the Launch Guarantee period begins.
The Active Member has up to twelve (12) months from the Paid Plan purchase date to launch all three (3) lead sources and begin the ninety (90) day Launch Guarantee period.
If the Active Member does not launch all three (3) lead sources and begin the ninety (90) day Launch Guarantee period within twelve (12) months from the Paid Plan purchase date, the Active Member is no longer eligible for the Launch Guarantee unless the Company expressly agrees otherwise in writing.
The ninety (90) day Launch Guarantee period begins only after all three (3) lead systems are live, approved for launch or cleared after review, and running simultaneously.
For Google Ads, the required Google Ads budget means the minimum daily or monthly budget recommended by Google Ads for the applicable campaign at launch, or any minimum budget stated inside the Paid Plan or approved by the Company in writing, whichever is higher.
To qualify for the Launch Guarantee, the Active Member must:
- Be an Active Member in good standing;
- Have an established consulting offer with proof of concept;
- Complete the required Paid Plan implementation steps;
- Submit each of the three (3) lead systems for pre-launch review;
- Apply all required fixes or recommendations from the pre-launch review;
- Launch SEO, LinkedIn, and Google Ads as required by the Paid Plan;
- Keep all three (3) lead systems running simultaneously for ninety (90) consecutive days;
- Use the required Google Ads budget during the ninety (90) day Launch Guarantee period;
- Maintain reasonable tracking, lead capture, and follow-up systems;
- Maintain all required pages, forms, links, campaigns, content, tracking, and assets;
- Use accurate business, offer, and campaign information;
- Not materially change the reviewed campaign assets, targeting, messaging, funnel structure, offer, pricing, lead capture process, or follow-up process without the Company's written approval;
- Provide proof of implementation, launch, tracking, budget, and results if requesting the guarantee;
- Follow the campaign diagnosis and improvement process in good faith.
At the end of the ninety (90) day Launch Guarantee period, one of two things happens:
1. If the Active Member is happy with the results, the Company will provide Strategy 4: YouTube Inbound Leads, subject to the Strategy 4 terms in these Terms.
2. If the Active Member is not happy with the results, the Active Member must submit a written Launch Guarantee review request within thirty (30) days after the ninety (90) day Launch Guarantee period ends. The Company will review the campaign and work with the Active Member to improve performance.
For purposes of the Launch Guarantee, "improve performance" means the Company can identify, recommend, clarify, or help implement reasonable campaign changes intended to improve one or more relevant campaign metrics, which may include lead quality, qualified lead volume, booked calls, conversion rate, click-through rate, cost per lead, landing page conversion, message clarity, funnel friction, follow-up performance, or other campaign-specific metrics.
The Company does not guarantee revenue, profit, sales, specific lead volume, specific booked-call volume, specific search rankings, specific ad results, specific conversion rates, or specific return on investment.
Before any Launch Guarantee refund is available, the Active Member must give the Company a reasonable opportunity to diagnose performance, request documentation, recommend fixes, clarify next steps, and help improve performance.
The Active Member must provide all reasonably requested campaign data, tracking records, screenshots, ad account records, analytics, CRM records, lead records, content links, landing page links, follow-up records, implementation records, and other documentation requested by the Company.
The Active Member must apply required fixes, recommendations, or reasonable improvement steps requested by the Company.
If the Active Member refuses, delays, ignores, or fails to apply required fixes or reasonable improvement steps, the Launch Guarantee is void.
If the Company cannot help improve performance after the Active Member satisfies all Launch Guarantee requirements and follows the diagnosis and improvement process in good faith, the Company will refund double the Paid Plan purchase amount actually paid to the Company, subject to the limits in these Terms.
That means if the Active Member paid $595 for the Paid Plan and qualifies for the Launch Guarantee, the Active Member receives $1,190.
If the Active Member paid less than $595 at the time the valid guarantee claim is approved, the 200% refund is calculated only on the Paid Plan amount actually paid to the Company.
A "qualified inbound lead" means a real business contact who submits a form, books a call, replies, or requests information about the Active Member's consulting service after engaging with the required campaign system.
The following do not count as qualified inbound leads:
- Spam submissions;
- Fake contact information;
- Bot traffic;
- Existing clients unless they are responding to the new campaign for a new opportunity;
- Internal test submissions;
- Personal contacts who did not engage through the campaign;
- Vendors, solicitors, recruiters, or unrelated service providers;
- Leads generated outside the required campaign system unless approved by the Company.
The Active Member must not reject, delete, hide, fail to report, fail to follow up with, or misclassify qualified inbound leads in order to claim the Launch Guarantee.
For SEO, "live" means the required SEO assets or pages have been published and are accessible online. The Company does not guarantee any specific search ranking position, indexing timeline, organic traffic volume, or search engine result placement.
If a third-party platform rejects, suspends, restricts, disapproves, or prevents any required campaign from running, the Launch Guarantee period does not begin or is paused until the issue is resolved and all three (3) lead systems are running simultaneously.
If the Active Member pauses, disables, removes, materially interrupts, materially changes, or fails to maintain any required lead source during the ninety (90) day Launch Guarantee period, the Launch Guarantee period is void unless the Company expressly agrees otherwise in writing.
The Launch Guarantee does not apply if the Active Member fails to launch all three (3) lead systems, fails to run all three (3) lead systems simultaneously for ninety (90) consecutive days, fails to use the required Google Ads budget during the ninety (90) day Launch Guarantee period, fails to apply required fixes, fails to maintain campaign assets, fails to maintain reasonable tracking or lead capture, materially changes reviewed assets without approval, changes the offer without approval, or otherwise fails to complete the required implementation steps.
The Launch Guarantee also does not apply to campaigns, pages, ads, content, automations, tracking, or funnels that are materially modified after review without the Company's written approval.
Done-For-You Credit
The Done-For-You Credit is designed for Active Members who keep the Paid Plan and later choose eligible Done-For-You implementation or eligible recurring scaling and management services.
If the Active Member keeps the Paid Plan and later chooses eligible Done-For-You implementation, the Company may credit the Active Member's Paid Plan purchase amount actually paid to the Company toward an eligible one-time Done-For-You build.
If the Active Member chooses an eligible recurring monthly scaling and management service, the Company may credit the Active Member's Paid Plan purchase amount actually paid to the Company toward the first payment of that eligible recurring service.
The Done-For-You Credit has no cash value, is not a refund, is not transferable, and may not be combined with other discounts, promotions, or credits unless the Company agrees in writing.
The Done-For-You Credit applies only to eligible Done-For-You Services accepted by the Company.
Done-For-You Services are subject to availability, qualification, separate agreement, scope, pricing, payment terms, and acceptance by the Company.
Cancellation during the seven (7) day trial ends eligibility for the Done-For-You Credit unless the Company expressly agrees otherwise in writing.
Loss of Active Member status ends eligibility for the Done-For-You Credit unless the Company expressly agrees otherwise in writing.
Strategy 4: YouTube Inbound Leads
Strategy 4: YouTube Inbound Leads is a bonus digital strategy that may be made available to eligible Active Members under the Launch Guarantee terms.
To be eligible for Strategy 4, the Active Member must:
- Be an Active Member in good standing;
- Complete the required launch process for Strategy 1, Strategy 2, and Strategy 3;
- Submit all required lead sources for pre-launch review;
- Apply required fixes;
- Launch all three lead systems;
- Run all three lead systems simultaneously for the required ninety (90) day Launch Guarantee period;
- Confirm that the Active Member is happy with the results;
- Satisfy any other reasonable eligibility requirements stated by the Company.
Strategy 4 may include guidance related to AI-assisted YouTube content planning, full-length videos, scripts, content calendars, visual effects concepts, or related marketing strategy.
Strategy 4 does not include Done-For-You video production, video editing, channel management, ad spend, software, subscriptions, talent, licensing, or third-party costs unless separately agreed in writing.
The Company does not guarantee YouTube views, subscribers, watch time, rankings, leads, revenue, sales, conversion rates, or any other specific business outcome from Strategy 4.
Refund Abuse Prevention, Good Faith & Documentation
The Company may deny, pause, investigate, or reject any refund, guarantee, credit, cancellation, or support request if the Company reasonably believes the request is abusive, misleading, incomplete, fraudulent, manipulative, or made in bad faith.
Refunds, guarantee claims, and credits may be denied if the User, Trial User, Member, or Active Member:
- Submits false, misleading, incomplete, altered, or manipulated information;
- Misrepresents campaign status, launch status, lead results, ad spend, tracking, implementation, payment status, or cancellation status;
- Withholds campaign data;
- Deletes, hides, rejects, fails to report, fails to follow up with, or misclassifies qualified inbound leads;
- Fails to respond to reasonable documentation requests;
- Fails to maintain tracking;
- Disables forms, links, pages, pixels, ads, analytics, campaigns, or lead capture systems;
- Changes reviewed campaign assets without written approval;
- Changes the offer, pricing, funnel, targeting, messaging, lead capture process, or follow-up process without approval;
- Pauses, disables, removes, or interrupts one or more required lead sources;
- Refuses, delays, ignores, or fails to implement required fixes;
- Does not follow up with leads in a reasonable way;
- Uses the guarantee for a different business, offer, campaign, website, ad account, social account, or entity than the one reviewed;
- Shares, resells, sublicenses, transfers, or improperly distributes Paid Plan materials;
- Uses multiple accounts, emails, businesses, related entities, aliases, or payment methods to claim multiple refunds or remedies;
- Files a chargeback before or during the guarantee review process;
- Violates these Terms;
- Acts in bad faith.
The Company may require reasonable proof before approving any refund, guarantee claim, credit, or remedy.
Failure to provide requested proof may result in denial of the request.
Done-For-You Services, One-Time Setup Services & Ongoing Services
Done-For-You Services, one-time setup services, and ongoing services, if purchased separately, are governed by the applicable proposal, agreement, checkout terms, or written service description.
If the Company cannot fulfill agreed deliverables for a Done-For-You one-time setup service, the Company will refund the value of the unfulfilled deliverables, unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement.
Done-For-You ongoing services may be canceled by providing thirty (30) days' written notice unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement.
Any refund for ongoing services is limited to the value of unfulfilled deliverables.
Except as expressly stated in a separate written agreement or in these Terms, all payments for Done-For-You Services, one-time setup services, and ongoing services are nonrefundable.
Done-For-You Services are separate from the Paid Plan unless expressly included in a written agreement.
Support Response Times
For Active Member Benefits that include support, clarification, pre-launch review, freelancer handoff clarification, campaign diagnosis, or implementation guidance, the Company will use commercially reasonable efforts to respond within three (3) business days on average and no later than five (5) business days.
Response times may be extended if there is an act of God, natural disaster, platform outage, internet outage, payment processor outage, emergency, illness, security incident, force majeure event, or another unavoidable situation outside the Company's reasonable control.
Support response times do not guarantee completion of implementation, completion of campaign changes, third-party approval, ad approval, platform approval, freelancer performance, campaign performance, or any specific business result.
Support is limited to the scope of the applicable Service, membership, benefit, or written agreement.
The Company is not required to provide support for unrelated businesses, unrelated campaigns, unrelated offers, third-party disputes, unauthorized uses, canceled accounts, non-Active Members, or Users who are not in good standing.
Termination & Access Restrictions
The Company may terminate, suspend, or restrict access to the Website, Services, members area, support, Active Member Benefits, reviews, guarantees, credits, future updates, or materials if the User violates these Terms, fails to make required payments, misuses the Services, misrepresents implementation or results, abuses guarantee policies, engages in unlawful conduct, initiates a bad-faith payment dispute, or otherwise acts in a way that harms the Company, the Services, or other Users.
Termination, suspension, cancellation, or access restriction may affect access to Services, materials, updates, support, reviews, guarantees, credits, Strategy 4 eligibility, and Active Member Benefits.
Termination for violation does not limit the Company's right to enforce these Terms or protect its rights and operations.
If access is terminated for violation, bad faith, abuse, unauthorized sharing, or payment default, the Company may deny refunds, guarantees, credits, support, and future access to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Competitor Access, Copying, and Reverse Engineering Policy
LeadFire AI is intended for legitimate business use by clients who want to improve their own marketing, lead generation, positioning, messaging, content, advertising, or client acquisition.
For purposes of this section, “Client” includes any User, Trial User, Member, Active Member, purchaser, customer, or person or business accessing or using LeadFire AI.
Client may not purchase, access, use, copy, clone, reverse engineer, reproduce, redistribute, resell, repackage, white-label, benchmark, train from, or otherwise use LeadFire AI, its materials, systems, prompts, workflows, frameworks, strategies, deliverables, sales process, business model, or proprietary methods to create, improve, market, sell, or support a competing product, service, software, system, course, agency offer, consulting offer, AI tool, marketing system, lead generation system, or business model.
A “Direct Competitor” includes any person or business that sells, plans to sell, develops, licenses, promotes, or helps provide a product, service, software, course, agency offer, consulting offer, AI tool, marketing system, lead generation system, or business model that is substantially similar to LeadFire AI or is offered to a substantially similar audience.
LeadFire AI reserves the right to refuse service, cancel access, suspend access, terminate participation, revoke support access, revoke update access, revoke Done-For-You Credit eligibility, revoke guarantee eligibility, or issue a refund when LeadFire AI reasonably believes a Client is a Direct Competitor or is using LeadFire AI for copying, cloning, reverse engineering, resale, redistribution, benchmarking, competitive research, or other unauthorized competitive purposes.
Violation of this section voids all guarantees, refund rights, bonus eligibility, future update access, support access, Done-For-You Credit eligibility, Strategy 4 eligibility, and any other promotional or contractual benefit offered by LeadFire AI, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

They may not be transferred, shared, assigned, resold, sublicensed, or applied to another business without written approval from the Company.
Unauthorized sharing, resale, transfer, publication, copying, or redistribution of Company materials may terminate Active Member status, access, support, guarantee eligibility, review eligibility, Done-For-You Credit eligibility, and any other active benefits.
No rights are granted to the User except the limited right to access and use the Website or Services in accordance with these Terms.
